Player's Complaint
Hi around 6 weeks ago I signed up to the Gamstop self exclusion program after admitting I was an addict. However after only a few days I found myself a casino that would accept me even though almost all wouldn't due to Gamstop. I registered on royal panda and amounted losses of 2 months salary at around £5000 which I already owed People due to my addiction. Whilst looking through Gamstop list of excluded casinos I see that royal panda isn't there however the company that own it Leo Vegas is. I find this very hypocritical and on further investigation I found someone on this site who had the same problem with pink Casino. Pink are owned also by Leo Vegas and after some investigation the player was refunded their deposits whilst they should have been self excluded. I have contacted royal panda to tell them I don't think it's right however they keep saying they aren't involved with Gamstop but my point is their owner Leo vegas is and if the other person was refunded for playing on one of its other companies could I be for playing on royal panda?
Best regards

Hi markbck59 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance.
While you are correct that Leo Vegas, Pink Casino and Royal Panda are all owned by the same parent company, the difference between your case and the other case you reference is that Leo Vegas and Pink Casino are both owned directly by LeoVegas Gaming PLC, a company that is listed as participating in Gamstop. Currently Royal Panda has not been brought into the LeoVegas Gaming PLC company structure and still runs as an independent company, Royal Panda Limited. Royal Panda Limited do not currently participate in the Gamstop program so a Gamstop self-exclusion would apply at both LeoVegas and Pink but would not apply at Royal Panda.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
